2020 – A Puzzling Year!

Thank you to all of our customers who have supported us & shopped local, or purchased items from our website, over the past 6 months. 2020 has produced such puzzling times, and just like you, we did not expect to see our world change this quickly. We are so proud of how everyone has conducted themselves, in line with our Covid Safe protocols. Torquay Toys is always committed to the health & safety of our customers and staff, and the daily developments around Coronavirus forced us to continually monitor & modify our service.
We would just like to reiterate the standard protocol when visiting our store.
- The most efficient way to shop is to browse stock on our website, where most of our stock is listed and available to purchase for 'Click and Collect' orders
- You can also call us for phone orders or to arrange delivery on 5261 5594, if required
- Limited customers will be allowed in-store, with masks and the use of hand sanitiser being mandatory. Please don't come in if you have any symptoms, or have been in contact with someone who has covid (or symptoms).
TRADING HOURS
We have been operating on reduced hours, but with restrictions easing and the demand for our products and services increasing, here’s a snapshot of our trading hours:
- 10-4.30pm most weekdays and Saturday
- Sunday closed (until peak season - stay tuned for updates)

BEFORE AND AFTER HOURS VIP APPOINTMENTS

If you can’t get in during business hours, we are pleased to offer before and after hours private appointments. Just call us on 52615594 to arrange a time. Maximum 2 adults (plus our staff member), but please leave the children at home, thanks.

Not quite ready to pay in full or pick up your big ticket items, and nowhere to store them ‘til closer to Christmas? Get in touch with us to pre-order or lay-by your goodies, and we'll look after them for you before they're loaded onto Santa's Sleigh ;)
